The William Vaughan Company consulting team is proud to announce Why Guess? Mastering the Fundamentals of an Accurate Cost System, a CPE course unlike any other that finally takes an in-depth look into cost accounting.

This seminar is designed for CPAs, accounting professionals, and business owners alike who would like a better understanding of costing models and how to obtain accurate data to increase profitability.

This full day course will explore the five essential components of a successful cost model which applies to any organization. Armed with the knowledge of these components, the cost accounting team from William Vaughan Company will utilize case studies to provide examples. In addition, we will identify the most common errors leading to failure at each step to help you identify popular pitfalls. Once you are able to generate accurate costing data, we will then discuss some of the short-term and long-term opportunities for growth and development.
