As the Dry Wall Finisher, you will play a crucial role in sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceilings to create surfaces that are suitable for final treatment. To be successful as a drywall finisher, you should be able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work.   • Placing Concrete: Signaling truck drivers, moving chutes for concrete placement, electronic buggying
  • Exterior Concrete Finishing: screeding, bull-floating, darby, joint tooling, edge tooling, broom finishing, contraction joint sawcutting.
  • Interior Concrete Finishing: hand screeding, understanding laser screed placement processes, understand concrete pumping process, hand troweling, walk-behind machine troweling

They are looking for a well-organized, detail oriented professional to join their accounting team as an Accounts Payable Specialist.  Their accounting office is small, but mighty and is comprised of an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Controller, HR Manager, and CFO.  This position will be responsible for accounts payable activities while supporting the rest of the accounting team and company managers.  The ideal candidate will have a grasp of accounting, is organized, has strong communication skills, and is patient, but diligent in the requesting and receiving of information.
