Patrick Mannion is the Managing Director of WVC’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. He brings over 12 years of transaction experience serving clients across a wide range of industries, including; financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. Patrick specializes in identifying and screening acquisition targets and has extensive experience facilitating deal negotiation support. He has guided clients through all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from working capital analysis and financial modeling to deal structuring and strategic planning.
