Why did you join William Vaughan Company?

When I was relocating to Northwest Ohio, I was looking for the right position with a quality firm. William Vaughan Company came highly recommended — known throughout the community for its excellent reputation and family-oriented culture.

What are you most passionate about in your work?

Being out in the field is one of my favorite parts of the job — it gives me the chance to meet clients face-to-face and truly understand their business on a deeper level.

I’ve built rewarding relationships with many of my clients, but one in particular stands out. Their business is constantly growing, which keeps me consistently challenged — they definitely keep me on my toes. For me, it’s gratifying to work so closely with a team and witness their ongoing success firsthand.

What makes William Vaughan Company different?

Flexibility. Being a mom of three children, the firm allows me to flex my schedule based on the time of year. I am so grateful I can spend quality time with my kids and still do the work I love.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time with family and friends and being outdoors riding my bike and running.

What’s a fun fact few would know about you?

I am extremely superstitious! Not a huge fan of any Friday with the number 13, black cats, or walking under ladders.
