Annette Rader, CPA is a senior manager that’s been with William Vaughan Company since 2021. She joined the firm with over 30 years of experience in both private industry and public accounting, having started her career in international tax compliance.

Why did you join William Vaughan Company?

I joined William Vaughan Company through a merger with a small CPA firm in Bowling Green, however I stayed at WVC because they offered me the flexibility to work part-time and also have time for my family.

What are you most passionate about in your work?

I like to help people understand the financial side of their business and help those business grow.

What has been your most rewarding client experience?

Assisting clients with applications for state and federal programs during the Covid crisis, to keep their businesses going despite the restrictions imposed on them.

What makes William Vaughan Company different?

The friendliness of my coworkers, who seem to really enjoy their jobs, along with the flexibility of working a schedule that suites my needs.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Traveling, visiting wineries, and spending time with my family.

What’s a fun fact few would know about you?

I grew up on a dairy farm and showed dairy cattle at the local fair when I was younger. I was the Henry County Dairy Princess and District 10 Holstein Queen.
