Toledo, Ohio (June 30, 2025) – Locally recognized accounting and advisory firm William Vaughan Company (WVC) and its outsourced accounting subsidiary, WVC RubixCloud, are excited to announce the following promotions effective July 1, 2025.
Jill Blakeman, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager. She joined the firm in 2007 and has over 18 years of specialized experience advising clients on entity structuring, tax compliance, and tax risk minimization strategies. Jill received her Bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Toledo.
Michael Richter, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager. He brings more than 27 years of public accounting experience, working closely with clients from the professional services industry and the not-for-profit sector. He assists his clients with tax compliance and planning strategies and has extensive experience preparing tax returns for closely-held and family-owned businesses. Michael is a University of Toledo alumni who holds a Master of Taxation degree.
