Juli Seiwert, CPA has achieved a well-deserved promotion to Partner within the firm. As the leader of the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution Practice, Juli brings over 15 years of invaluable expertise in accounting and finance, catering to private and publicly-held companies with both domestic and international operations. Beyond her technical prowess, Juli excels in developing deep personal relationships with her clients. This unique ability has allowed her to go beyond the traditional role of an accountant and serve as a personal advisor. By truly understanding her clients’ businesses, challenges, and goals, Juli provides tailored solutions and strategic insights that drive growth and success. She is a University of Toledo alum where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Nicole Menden, MBA has been promoted to the role of President & CEO of WVC RubixCloud, the outsourced accounting counterpart of William Vaughan Company. Having been an integral part of the organization since its inception in 2014, Nicole’s promotion speaks volumes about her exceptional contributions. By skillfully harnessing the latest technology and implementing streamlined accounting processes, she drives a transformative shift in her clients’ back offices, allowing them to achieve timely financial clarity. Her extensive expertise spans numerous industries, including; restaurants, nonprofits, and professional services. Notably, she holds an MBA from Lourdes University, underscoring her unwavering commitment to continuous professional growth and expertise.
Joe Cryan, CPA has been promoted to Manager in WVC’s audit department. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has strengthened client relationships through his focus on open communication and his commitment to ensuring engagements are completed promptly. Joe brings a wealth of experience in planning and executing audits and attestation engagements for non-publicly traded companies. He proudly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Toledo.
Kendra Snyder has been promoted to Account Manager with WVC RubixCloud. She collaborates closely with clients to analyze their financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized strategies to enhance efficiency and overall financial performance. Through her dedicated efforts and individualized approach, Kendra has fostered trust among her clients, assuring that their financial operations are expertly handled. She is an alum of Trine University in Angola, Indiana where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Courtney Closson has been promoted to Senior Associate in WVC’s audit department. She joined the firm in 2021. Courtney works with small to mid-size businesses in a variety of industries on compilations, financial statement reviews, and audits. She holds Bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Michigan which she will graduate in August.
Leanne Zychowicz has been promoted to Senior Associate in WVC’s tax department. She is responsible for the preparation and review of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Leanne holds an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
