Toledo, Ohio (April 10, 2023) – Locally recognized accounting and advisory firm, William Vaughan Company (WVC,) announced today that Patrick Mannion has stepped in as the Managing Director of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), a growing service line within the Firm.
Mr. Mannion brings over 12 years of experience providing financial advisory services to clients across a range of industries. He specializes in the identification and screening of acquisition targets and is highly skilled in deal negotiation support. Before joining WVC, Mr. Mannion served as a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice for Marcum LLP.

In this new role, Mr. Mannion will drive the creation and development of the Firm’s TAS strategy with a focus on supporting clients throughout one of the most intimate aspects of a business’s lifecycle; mergers and acquisitions. From assisting with working capital analysis and financial modeling to deal structuring and strategic planning, Mr. Mannion will oversee all aspects of the TAS practice, including business development, client service, and talent management.
