Audit Partner
Tracie Youngless, CPA is a Partner who specializes in the audit and accounting area. Tracie has been with the firm since 1994. She has extensive experience with manufacturing and nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans. Her expertise includes evaluation of internal control policies and procedures, as well as, the compliance requirements that employee benefit plans and many nonprofit organizations encounter. Tracie also has experience with health care facilities, foundations, personal service, and retail organizations. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Tracie currently serves as the Treasurer of the Children’s Theatre Workshop.

The people. When I interviewed with the firm, I was impressed by how friendly and relaxed the environment seemed compared to larger firms.
What are you most passionate about in your work?
Helping people. It is rewarding to help not only our clients but also our staff. I like helping our employees continue to develop and grow.
What has been your most rewarding client experience?
The most satisfying type of client engagement is one where deep relationships have been developed. The audit industry is very competitive and more often than not, it is dependent upon fees. I enjoy working with clients who value these quality relationships.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Spending time with family. I enjoy gardening, hiking, biking, and being outside.
