Jennifer Furey is a Tax Partner who has been with the firm since 1997 working primarily in the healthcare niche.  Jenny graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and Planned Giving Board of Central Catholic High School.  She specializes in the healthcare industry providing accounting, tax and consulting services to various medical and dental practices.

Why did you join William Vaughan Company?

When I interviewed, everyone seemed so nice. I did not feel nervous. The atmosphere of the office seemed very laid-back and personal.

What are you most passionate about in your work?

Making a difference. I am good at handling situations which my clients may find difficult to deal with.

What has been your most rewarding client experience?

Being there for my clients during intense or emotional life situations. I am there to relieve their stress and manage their business affairs in whatever capacity I can.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love my kids. I enjoy being with them for sporting events: gymnastics, baseball, and soccer. I also enjoy going on vacation and camping.
